Located in the beautiful countryside of Busseto, in the heart of the Terre Verdiane, Verderi Farm and Dairy is a family-run agricultural business specialising in dairy farming and the production of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

Founded in 1922, the farm has preserved its agricultural heritage through generations, combining traditional cheesemaking knowledge with modern production methods.

One of its distinctive features is its short supply chain: the milk comes directly from the farm's own dairy cows and is processed at its cheese dairy, ensuring a close connection between farming, production and the finished product.

Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Production

Verderi specialises in producing Parmigiano Reggiano DOP with different maturation periods, offering customers a selection of flavours and textures.

Its range includes younger cheeses with a delicate taste and softer texture, alongside more mature varieties with richer aromas and a more intense flavour.

Available maturation periods include 12, 26, 30, 36 and 45 months, depending on stock availability.

The farm's production reflects the cheesemaking traditions of the Parma area, where quality milk, experience and careful ageing contribute to one of Italy's most celebrated cheeses.
