A Celebration of Culatello and the Culinary Traditions of Parma

From November 20 to 22, 2026, Zibello hosts the third stage of November Porc, the famous food festival celebrating the traditional flavours and culinary heritage of the Parma countryside.

Three days of food markets, tastings, music, entertainment and local specialities, featuring the renowned Culatello di Zibello DOP, one of Italy's finest cured meats.

Programme and Main Events

• Friday, November 20: opening of the festival and traditional food stands.

• Saturday, November 21: local food markets, tastings, entertainment and a gastronomic masterclass at the Pallavicino Theatre.

• Sunday, November 22: the traditional Giant Strolghino celebration, featuring the preparation and distribution of this typical local salami. The Dominican Cloister will also host a farmers' market and demonstrations of traditional Culatello tying techniques.

Visitors can also explore Zibello's historic buildings, museums and cultural attractions throughout the weekend.
