The Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine is located in the hamlet of Tarsogno, in the municipality of Tornolo, in the province of Parma. This place of worship, dating back to the 19th century, is an important religious and cultural reference point for the local community and pilgrims. The construction of the sanctuary began in 1833 and was completed in 1870, with the addition of a portico that embellishes the main facade. In 1933, on the occasion of the centenary of its foundation, the sanctuary was decorated with frescoes created by the artist Luciano Ricchetti.

The sanctuary is dedicated to the Madonna del Carmine and every year attracts numerous faithful, especially during the liturgical feast of July 16, in honor of the Madonna.
